François Lacerte –François discovered the benefits of yoga while going through a difficult time of his life. After a few years of persevering practice, yoga led him to explore a whole new state of wellbeing. He followed the Yoga Fit teacher’s training and is currently a student of Hervé Blondon, from Satyam Yoga School. François has been climbing for many years now. His personal experience helps him to understand and adapt his classes to the climbers’ needs. François is a certified YACEP teacher.
Marie-Eve Bertrand – Marie-Eve has had a creer in acting since 1998, but a few years later, while searching for a way to move and to center herself at the same time, she discovered yoga. And it was a revelation for her! Wanting to learn more about it, she completed a teacher training at Lyne St-Roch studios in 2005 and since then continues to deepen and diversify her practice by following inspiring teachers. She wishes to transmit to her students an enthusiasm for discovering their possibilities and inner resources so that they can fully enjoy the benefits of yoga.
Caro & Costa
Like Siamese, Costa and Caro teach, dance, play and love together. Through their interdisciplinary exploration, they are engaged in a creation and collaboration process. Their teaching is based on communication, technique, and exploration; they bring their students to their full physical and creative potential and help them to develop their concentration capacities.
Mylène Roy –Mylène’s compass points towards the body. Having studied yoga for over 20 years, Mylène practice’s is as tonic as fluid, and encompasses a sense of alignment and exploration in constant dialogue. Mylène is the initiator of Danga (Dance/Yoga) which is, since 2013, the first Yoga teaching method supported by dance, to be authorized by Yoga Alliance as a Yoga Teacher Training. The questions linked to the big adventure of the body/head duet, are those favored by Mylène in her complementary field of practices, whether as communicator or playwright/performer/choreographer in theater. Already teaching Yoga to the young climbing competitors of Horizon Roc, Mylène is pleased to be part of ZG team, which promotes Yoga’s integration to an outdoor life, even in the heart of the city.
After a few years of practicing yoga, she decided to learn more about yoga. Upon her return from a trip to India, she decided to take a 300-hour Hatha Yoga teacher training at Satyam Yoga School. She is now at a stage in her life where, wanting her life to continue in this direction, she feels fortunate to have the possibility of sharing her passion for yoga to others through teaching!!
Eléonore discovered yoga 10 years ago and has never left her mat since. She finds in her practice many benefits that accompany her in different aspects of her life. Wanting to pass on her passion and enthusiasm for yoga, she got her yoga teacher certification with Julia Mccabe in 2013 and then began teaching in Québec city, her home town. Interested in health and well-being, she is currently studying acupuncture at Collège de Rosemont and will finish in May 2018.
